For her graduation project at the art academy, US artist
Shana Goetsch invites artists from all over the world to join her in an exchange of mandala art. Shana and the artist start with a first draft, and then they send it to each other. Then you work on it. It goes back and forth until the artists both feel the mandala is finished. I was one of the lucky ones. It was a really fun project to be a part of. Eventually all the artwork was exhibited in Baltimore.
